While breastfeeding, you cannot obviously go on a strict diet. If you do so, it will have negative impact on your body and your baby. Therefore, never try going on a strict diet while breastfeeding. But, you still need to be cautious about your meals. You need to watch the calorie intake and the fat. You can still eat healthy food with low calories while considering how to lose baby fat.
