How to burn fat quickly?

If you have a beach party or a pool party in coming weeks, all of a sudden you realize that you have fat to burn in your body. The problem is that you don’t have enough time it requires to be prepared and you need to burn the body fat and lose weight quickly. So, how do we burn fat quickly?
There are two factors in our list for burning fat quickly; food and exercises. These two are the main ingredients when it comes to burning fat quickly. Let’s see how food helps us to burn fat quickly.

Fat is the excess calories you store in your body for future use. In simple, if you eat more calories than you burn, then the excess calories will be stored in your body as fat. Everyone should know this bit of information if they are interested in burning them quickly. First, stop all the food that you consume which has higher amount of calories. If there are foods that you absolutely need to consume, then have them in small quantities. Try to consume foods high in water and fiber. These foods usually provide you lower amount of calories. When these foods are digested, they consume more calories than what they provide to the body. This way, excess calories are used for digesting these types of foods.

When it comes to exercises, you need to choose the exercises that make your body work hard. These exercises can be performed with or without machinery and it is totally up to you to decide. But the fact is that when the machinery is used for exercises, more efficiency and effectiveness can be achieved. Performing the exercises in the usual way may not give you fast results. Therefore, you need to fast track the exercises and advance quickly. This way, more calories can be burnt within a short period of time. You also need to be careful about the limits as well. Too much exercise within a very short period of time might break your system and may cause permanent damage to your body. Therefore, it is advisable to consult a personal trainer or a gym coach before selecting and performing suitable exercises.

Running for Weight Loss

Running, one of the oldest fitness exercises ever known to man, is used for many purposes. Nowadays many of us run either as a sport or as a fitness procedure. Researchers have discovered many advantages of running for the human body.
Running has also become one of the popular exercises for losing weight. Weight loss by running has been proved through scientific research and many of the programs designed for losing weight use running as one of the main components.

Scientifically speaking, running is one of the most efficient ways to burn calories and lose weight. But running does not give you magical results as fast as one may expect. To get the best results out of running, you need to perform it regularly for a longer period of time. At the beginning, you may notice gain of few pounds and it is perfectly normal. This is how it happens in running; first the fat is converted to muscle tissues and usually muscle tissues are denser then the fat tissues. Therefore, initially you may gain weight and then start losing weight as fat starts burning.

Weight loss by running will not give you the expected results if you continue with bad dieting habits. To get the best results out of running, you need to combine it with proper dieting.
When it comes to running, there are two main methods; running a short distance fast and running a long distance slow. Out of these two options, the former one has limited effectiveness.

Running a short distance fast usually contains a higher risk of injuries. Therefore, latter method is the best way to go about weight loss by running. If you want to know how much calories are burnt while running, there are many free tools available on the Internet. For the calculation, all you need is your body weight and the distance you cover running. Researchers have found that more fat is burnt when running at slower speeds and more calories are burnt when running at higher speeds. Therefore, run as long as you can in slower speeds to get rid of the fat of your body

Weight loss by fasting

Weight loss by fasting is quite a controversial subject. Some experts agree that weight loss by fasting is not the healthiest way to maintain your physique while some agree on fasting if, regulated properly.

The general idea behind fasting, other than religious reasons, is to loose weight by restricting yourself of food. But how practical is this solution and for how long can a human go on without food until he/she loses weight?

Scientists agree that fasting results in loss of muscle than loss of fat because when the body is deprived of food, the body signals out saying it is facing a famine. Therefore, it will save the fat and begin to burn muscle. This way, you may appear to have loss weight but in reality, the fat still remains in your body.

There have been numerous occasions when people succeeded at weight loss by fasting. However, they confess that their success was not due to fasting, alone. Fasting combined with proper exercises is one of the best ways to keep those fats burning, but the question is, will you have enough energy to engage in exercises when your body is low on energy?

Over time, many programs have been designed to compliment weight loss by fasting although the success rate is still questionable. A common method is to go on without food for a whole day. If you are strong enough, you could try avoiding liquids as well. So if you opt in for this solution, remember that breaking fast is just as important to get your body mechanics back on track. The best way to break fast is to consume water although some believe that drinking two cups of lemon juice with a pint of salt is the most effective method. This belief couples up with the idea that fasting compliments detoxicizing of the body although skeptics say that our bodies are equipped with enough and more organs to do the job.

Taken as a whole, weight loss by fasting is not highly recommended as it can lead to medical complications in certain cases. It is generally considered as a poor way to deal with weight loss and not many practitioners recommend the method.

Three Day Diet - Tried It Yet?

Most three day diets are called fad diets because they become popular within a short period of time and then suddenly lose popularity as another diet plan comes along. Many people tend to believe that fad diets such as three day diets are ineffective and useless. However the latter is not true in most cases.

So, what is a three day diet? After many years of struggling and experimenting, people have realized that long term diets are difficult to follow, especially given the conditions under which we live nowadays. That is why a three day diet is seen as effective because it does not require you to be on a diet for more than three days. If you like to follow a diet once a week, you could follow a three day diet and then consume in a normal pattern for the next four days until you decide to go on a three day diet, again.

When you start off with a three day diet, the first thing to remember is to stick to the plan and closely follow the instructions. What happens in many cases is that we follow the diet while consuming bits and pieces of food that we like thinking that small quantities will not make a difference. But in fact, small quantities of unexpected food added to your diet will indeed make a difference. So you will always be on the safe side by sticking to a diet plan.

The second thing to remember is that not all three day diets will suit you. In some cases, your busy life style may not compliment the diet or in certain other cases, the outcome will be very subjective, meaning, you may not lose as much fat, as your neighbor did with the same diet. However, it is not recommended to over-do a three day diet because the diet plan is generally designed to be low on calories.

Preparing your mentality before you set foot on a new three day diet is another very important aspect that you should consider. A diet always requires courage and persistence on your part. So unless you commit yourself to follow strict instructions, it is unlikely you will be able to successfully carry forward a three day diet. So being motivated to loose weight is another very important attribute that you should cultivate if you are to succeed!

In my opinion, you will reap the best results from a 3 day diet plan if you use it as a means to maintain your body weight rather than to loose weight. Squatting with dumbbells is supposed to be a very good fat burning exercise because it allows the body to disperse weight to several areas as the person moves. So here’s what you should do:

• While you bend, let your arms swing in a forward motion to attain balance

Modified push ups are another good fat burning exercise although beginners might feel it a bit difficult to handle. Nevertheless, if you are up to the challenge, here’s what you should do.

• Get in to the normal push up position and start the work out.
• While you are on the work out, hold your body in the position of a regular push up except for your knees.

Let’s get rid of tummy fat

Tummy fat can be the most daunting task for both men and women. No matter how much you exercise and try out different dietary changes, it seems impossible to get rid of tummy fat.

Nevertheless, the least you should do is to get disheartened. Almost all pioneers in the industry agree that it is difficult to get rid of tummy fat but they have also found solutions over the years to ease out the pain and accelerate the process. So let’s see what the experts suggest.

Crunches are not the only way to get rid of tummy fat – for a long time; people used to believe that spot exercises will reduce that excess fat in the respective areas. But now more and more experts emphasize on the importance of sticking to whole body exercises rather than exerting one area. Therefore, while it is alright to engage in crunches and other exercises that stretches the abdominal muscles, it is also important to maintain balance in the exercises you impose upon your body. So if you want to loose weight the right way without any side effects or harm to your body, engage in full body exercises such as jogging, swimming or even aerobics.

Beer bellies are for real – the concept of beer giving rise to tummy fat is nothing to laugh at. If you are on a mission to get rid of tummy fat, avoiding beer and any other alcohol drink is one of the best solutions. However, cutting down on beer or alcohol alone will not help you get rid of tummy fat. So make to follow daily exercises as well.

Cut down on sugar – cutting down on food that contains excess amounts of sugar is another crucial step in to getting rid of tummy fat. So if you find yourself craving for sugar, add more fruits in to your diet to compensate for the sugary taste.

Watch your calories – if you don’t watch your calories, it won’t be easy for you to get rid of tummy fat. So although you may see it as a painful process, once you become knowledgeable about how the calorie system work and which food contain which amounts of calories, you will find it easy to follow the system.

So take some quite time to contemplate on your mission to get rid of tummy fat and make a commitment to yourself! If you follow the golden rules, getting rid of tummy fat will not be as daunting as you may have thought.

What you need to know about weight loss fitness programs

Like many things in life, weight loss fitness programs too, come in many sizes and shapes. But the vital thing for you to understand is whether these programs actually give you fitness while allowing you to loose weight.

If you have been trying to loose weight for sometime, by now, you will know many types of weight loss fitness programs that are on offer. Some are commercially advertised while, the others are provided free of charge. But how many of these programs are healthy for the body? How many of these programs protect you against relapse after a few weeks and how many of these programs are designed to maintain your body fitness?

If you regularly attend a gym, with the help of your instructor, you will be able to follow through a healthy weight loss fitness program. But if you are ultra motivated to loose weight and if you over do the amount of exercise you are more likely to fall ill at the end while loosing weight. So keeping at a moderate phase while you exercise is the best method to ultimate road of happiness and trouble free life.

If you subscribe to a weight loss program that depends on pills to restrict hunger or to inhibit hormones, the chances are that your body mechanics will go haywire within no time. So always choose wisely when it comes to the methods you want to use in loosing weight. Many weight loss fitness programs are designed to exercise your whole body while revitalizing your energy. There’s no point in starving your self to death or restricting a natural stimulus such as hunger in hope of loosing weight.

The best ever weight loss fitness program that I can recommend is jogging combined with a balanced diet, free of excess calories.

• If you are a fresher, start by walking for about 30 minutes.
• Continue this exercise for 5 days.
• Once your body adapts the pattern, walk for 25 minutes and jog for five minutes.
• Once again, as your body adapts to the pattern, increase the time you spend jogging while reducing the time you spend walking.
• Take considerable time between the periods of transition. For e.g. if you jog 15 minutes, do it continuously for about seven days before you start jogging for 20 minutes.
• Once you reach a steady work out time, stick with it and continue the program every day.

You can take a similar approach to other weight loss fitness programs such as swimming, aerobics, thread mills and of course the gym!
